- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆stay away from sfr funding & joe daprille joe daprille of sfr funding offered help to finance a construction loan that was coming due on an Inn I own in may 2012. he than purchased the loan behind my back and started a foreclosure proceeding. the 8.875% loan from jeff bank and $200k equity in the property made it a good deal in lieu of good business ethics in his mind. the good news is, i counted sued him for beach of fiduciary duties and the case is pending in the legal system. contact me for any additional needed information.By Chezvous Catering n Rentals-Ettore, April 19, 2017
