  I often have to go to this safe ship to send out important documents for our business. I always have great service however today stood out for me. The man who helped me is named Dana, very sweet, professional and actually took the time to hear our story on the documents we were sending. Our bank loan for a Brand New Limo ( first one in our 9 years in business ) :). I was so excited and had to send the documents out for next day service. He found a way to save us a few $$. Honestly was Super Nice. Just wished he called me Mrs instead of Ma'am LOL. I think this place does a great job and every business has off days. I say this place has all ON days !! Every time I have gone I have received wonderful service. Thank you Dana, for all your help and caring demeanor !!! Really meant alot to me.

  The owner of the Safe Ship store on Nova Rd has unfortunately forgotten the meaning of customer service. He is rude, seems to have a complex and is very uncomfortable to be around. I have encountered several other people in this community who do not enjoy the atmosphere or his attitude and have indicated they will never go back. There are several other shipping stores in this area in which I have had a pleasant experience and superior customer service. The Safe Ship on Granada Blvd (different owners) is smaller but much more pleasant! There is also a Pak-N-Ship on Nova Rd which has reasonable service. I would recommend staying away from Nova, however.
