- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Totally & utterly UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST. Refused to give me a refund of over $250 AND would NOT TELL ME WHY!! The lady I was working with said "We cannot further process this transaction." I said, it's a REFUND -- there is NO TRANSACTION. She refused to elaborate. I was APPALLED. From now on, I'll go to Publix to send Western Union. I'd NEVER put my money at risk with Amscot again. Frigging ridiculous. I'm still hot about it....By Pat Mooney, June 22, 2017
